Hi, Everyone! Well, here we are again, and I am as crazy as ever with planning and
preparing for 2008.
Let me start by calling for a huge round of applause for my Youth Ministry Team, without whom
calm Sunday mornings would not be possible. THANK YOU for everything you do; Barbara
Friday, Gabrielle Gumus, Amie Wright, Kim Wood and Gardenia Wright. I would not accomplish
anything at all if not for these wonderful women who give their time and love to support the
Sunday school program.
So, when you see them around at church, thank them for what they do every month!!!

My apologies for the mess upstairs. We are slowly getting the YOU room painted. Hopefully, we
will be completely finished with our “renovations” by the end of March. Please bear with us while
we are at it.
We have a whole bunch of things going on in March; my head is spinning. Can you see it?
The UniKids are starting a new curriculum in March. They will be attending Sunday school at
Lumindorf School for the Magical and Mystical , until Summer Vacation starts. Excitement is in the
air!
Spring forward already on March 8th before you go to bed. Daylight Savings Time is upon us!
I am thrilled to say that I have at least one Y.O.U.er going to the Southeast Youth of Unity Spring
Rally in Lee, Florida the weekend of March 15th. I wish I could go with, but, alas, I have to work.
Have fun, now!
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to all of the Irish! Kiss Me!
Easter comes early this year, on March 23rd. If you would like to volunteer to help get the eggs
together, email Shirley. If you would like to help HIDE the eggs during Sunday school, see either
me or Shirley.
We will be having a very special Intergenerational Service on Family Sunday, March 30th. All
adults and Wise Ones are welcome; it should not be missed. The Nursery will be
available to Wee Ones and extremely Fidgety Ones. Activity packets will be available for the other
Ones during the service.
Ok, I have no idea what April will bring, except Master’s Week and POLLEN
SEASON. For a LOVE OFFERING, the UniTeens and YOUers will be washing off cars every
Sunday while the pollen is falling. If you are interested in coming out of church to a pollen-free car
exterior, let me know and we can wash yours, too.
In closing, I would like to ask each of you to pray for our youth and the Youth Ministry Team every
day. As we evolve and seek out our unique spiritual paths, we need all the help we can get along
the way. Thanks for your support!
